Biography:
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, started training in 1991. In 2001 earned his black belt under Totila Jordan Pitoco, founder of Brazilian Vangaurd Jiu-Jitsu. Holding today the rank of 5th degree, certified and recognized by the most prestigious organizations in the sport, the International Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) and Confederação Brasileira de Jiu-Jitsu (CBJJ). Eddy is the head instructor at BVJJ.
Eddy holds a Pan-American Title, Brazilian National Title, and medalist in several other international tournaments such ar South American, International Opens, Pan-American, and so on.
He is also graduated in the Kinesiology Diploma at Langara College. This is a great qualification to ensure that classes and programs under his supervision are appropriate to age and skill level.
