BVJJ AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
If your children is in school age between 5 and 12 years old, you are struggling with your schedule, and are looking for a program in which your child can develop physically, emotionally and intellectually, our After School program is suited for you.
Even if you have time to pick-up your children at school, maybe you still need to bring them to other extra activities, and this can be really challenging and time demanding. Therefore, we offer a courtesy pick-up at school to bring them to our gym, where they will be able to learn Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and participate in several activities.
Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is known for its efficiency and extremely complex movements, thus giving outstanding self-confidence after each accomplishment.
Our gym is very family and community oriented, which helps kids to better understand their social environments, learning how to interact with their peers and adults involved with their education. Discipline and respect are strong BJJ concepts that form a cycle that is responsible to strengthening a healthy development.
PROGRAM GOALS
Help parents that have to deal with tight schedule and are looking for a healthy and safe environment for their child’s development.
Character development through discussions using meaningful words and appropriate life examples.
Build self-confidence, self-esteem and grappling and sports related physical literacy
Teach how to deal with self-defence situations, either verbally or physically. Therefore, preventing and avoiding bullying situations.
Create healthy habits through structured physical activities.
